At the Center, we will provide you with all the information and services you need to become a homeowner – all in one place.
You will attend a free, one-hour orientation session that will give you an introduction to the benefits of homeownership, and describe how our services help our clients.
Our clients have purchased single-family, multi-family, condominium and townhouse units. Families planning to build a home can also use our services.

The one-hour home buyer orientation session is free to all interested home buyers.
If you are interested in taking the next step, you will be asked to fill out an application form and submit additional documentation (the lifetime membership fee is currently being waived while funding is available). All classes and one-on-one coaching are included at no additional charge.*
How can you sign up for the free home buyer education orientation?
To enroll, call 523-9500 (Oahu) or 877-523-9503 (toll free) today. Sessions are held at convenient times and locations. We’ll find a time that works for you! Our on-line orientation available through this website can also be "counted" towards orientation attendance.
*Online classes can only be taken one time – additional charge to repeat online classes.

Our mission: The Hawai’i HomeOwnership Center will provide education, information and support to create successful first-time homeowners in Hawai’i. By addressing barriers and increasing rates of home ownership, the HomeOwnership Center aims to build stronger families and communities throughout the state of Hawai’i.
Our vision is to substantially increase the number of successful homeowners by reaching out to low- and moderate-income families who never believed they would become homeowners. However, our services are available to anyone regardless of their income.
