The Hawaii HomeOwnership Center is committed to providing information and resources during this time of uncertainty due to the Corona Virus.   If your income has been impacted, we are available to assist you in creating an emergency budget and review your options regarding your housing situation (if needed).  We are available to renters and homeowners. 

We have a Foreclosure Prevention & Rental Counseling Resource Guide and Crisis Budgeting Video for immediate access. If you wish to speak to a counselor please complete the online intake form below and a counselor will contact you within 72 hours.

If you are a homeowner having difficulties paying your mortgage, we’ve created a presentation that you can go through by clicking the links in the show. It will review the terms used and the various options that may be available to you. The key will be to contact your lender as soon as possible if this is your situation so you can work with them through this difficulty.
