If you would like to become a member to utilize our first-time homebuyer services, you will need to become a member of the Hawai‘i HomeOwnership Center.
STEP 1 - What Type of Homebuyer Education Do You Want?
You need to decide which type of homebuyer education best fits your schedule:

STEP 2 - Complete Intake Form(s)
Complete the intake forms for everyone in your home buying unit.
When filling out the Primary Intake form, you must indicate how you would like to pay for your membership & credit reports (if we are pulling them). You can pay by check or money order, be invoiced or pay online using a credit card.
You can complete our intake form two ways: DOWNLOAD or ONLINE.

STEP 3 - Credit Report(s)
Will you be providing copies of your credit reports (example: www.annualcreditreport.com) or do you prefer HHOC do a soft-pull that will have the credit scores from all 3 credit bureaus (does not affect your credit score)?
A single credit report costs $18.74
A joint credit report (for married couples only) costs $37.49
STEP 4 - Payment
You can pay online using a credit card, pay by invoice or by mailing a check or money order to HHOC.
